Assistant to Manager
Role Summary
Assist the department manager in daily operations, team coordination, client follow-up, and data organization to ensure smooth department functioning. Responsible for internal communication, meeting arrangements, document management, and cross-departmental coordination to improve team efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist the manager in scheduling daily work, meetings, and travel arrangements
2. Follow up on client inquiries, project progress, and team execution
3. Coordinate communication between China headquarters and the Pakistan team
4. Organize operational data, client records, and business reports
5. Assist in managing daily office administrative tasks
6. Follow up on advertising leads, client appointments, and inquiries
7. Assist in organizing marketing events, medical seminars, and client receptions
8. Handle document translation, email replies, and meeting minutes
9. Assist with team attendance, performance tracking, and daily management
10. Complete other tasks assigned by the manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Fluent in Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Proficient in Office, Excel, and Google Workspace
- Strong sense of responsibility and good execution skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Experience in administration, operations, or customer service preferred
- Experience in international business or medical industry preferred
Customer Service Manager
Role Summary
Responsible for managing the customer service team and building a customer service system to improve client satisfaction and conversion rates. Handle client issues and manage team performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage daily team operations and shift scheduling
2. Develop customer service workflows, SOPs, and service standards
3. Monitor response efficiency on WhatsApp, phone, Facebook, and website inquiries
4. Handle complex client complaints and escalated issues
5. Collect and analyze customer service data to produce weekly/monthly reports
6. Train customer service staff to improve conversion rates and service quality
7. Collaborate with marketing, medical advisors, and operations departments
8. Optimize client follow-up processes to increase lead retention and closing rates
9. Monitor KPIs (response rate, conversion rate, satisfaction, etc.)
10. Establish client relationship maintenance and re-marketing mechanisms
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service team management
- Fluent in Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Proficient in Excel data analysis
- Strong team management and training abilities
- Able to work under pressure and handle client conflicts
- Familiar with lead follow-up from Facebook and Google Ads
- Experience in overseas medical or cancer counseling preferred
Medical Assistant
Role Summary
Assist the medical team in organizing patient records, providing translation support, and following up on the treatment process to ensure smooth patient service coordination.
Requirements
- Fluent in Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
- Experience in medical, nursing, assistant, or customer service roles preferred
- Able to work in an international office environment
- Strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills
- Proficient in using computers and basic office software
Key Responsibilities
- Assist doctors and medical teams in organizing patient records
- Provide Chinese-English communication and translation support
- Handle patient inquiries (online and offline)
- Assist with appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and case record management
- Support international patients in coordinating medical treatment processes
